Rule 6, sub-rule 4, of the BSEC(CMSF) Rules, 2021 empowers the Board of Governors to form any other committee or sub-committee, if necessary. With the exercise of the power, the Board of governors formed several sub-committees. The Negotiation and Procurement Committee (NPC) is one of them, the NPC consists of 5 members. Mr. A.K.M. Delwer Hussain, FCMA, Member, ICMAB and Member, BOG, CMSF has been made Chairman of the committee.
