Rule 6 of the BSEC (CMSF) Rules, 2021 empowers the Board of Governors (BOG) to form several Management Committees. With the exercise of the power, the Board of Governors (BOG) formed several Committees. The Audit and Accounts Management Committee (AAMC) is one of them, the AAMC consists of 5 members. Mr. Md Abdur Rouf, Former Additional Secretary, Internal Resources Division (IRD), Ministry of Finance has been made as the Chairman of the Committee.
