Research & Development (R&D)

The Research & Development (R&D) function is a newly established area of CMSF. Its primary purpose is to support investors and other stakeholders by providing relevant information on CMSF’s current activities, services, and future initiatives. The R&D function also aims to collect, analyze, and share important information from the regulatory authorities and other key stakeholders of the capital market of Bangladesh. In the future, CMSF plans to expand its research activities by regularly providing updates and analysis on the local and international capital markets, including major market developments, regulatory changes, new initiatives, and emerging trends. Through these activities, the R&D function will support informed decision-making and contribute to the development of a more transparent, modern, and investor-friendly capital market.

One Stop Service

The One Stop Service of CMSF is the first point of contact for investors, stakeholders, and visiting institutions. It provides information, receives documents, assists investors with their claims, and helps ensure smooth and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Assistance & Claim Support – Help investors with their queries and claims.

Query Resolution & Helpdesk – Receive and resolve general queries and provide necessary information.

Document Receiving & Tracking – Receive documents and keep records of their submission and progress.

Visitor & Stakeholder Support – Welcome and assist visitors, investors, and other stakeholders.

Service Management – Manage service requests and ensure smooth and timely processing.
