In case of cash claims, investors need to provide BO acknowledgment, the signature that is recorded in Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL), Copy of NID, Copy of the active bank account cheque leaf.
For lodging claims as Nominee or Successor, additional documents are needed along with the regular documents. These additional documents are the Nominee certificate/Succession certificate of the claimants, NID copy of the claimants, and death certificate of the Investors.
After receiving a claim Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF) settles it within 15 working days according to the rules of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

Issuers will lodge the claims to CMSF by sending a hard copy to the CMSF office with a forwarding letter detailing the year-wise dividend information along with the application letter and documents provided by the Investors. Issuers will ensure that the required documents are attached to the forwarding letter and also will provide the soft copy (Excel) of claims to the CMSF E-mail (claim@cmsfbd.org).
